You should check the steps that are detailed here to fill out your APPSC Group 1 application form. This will help you to avoid making any errors or going through a hustle. Always fill out your APPSC Group 1 application form from a computer system and not a mobile browser.
Step 1: Go to the Commission's official website.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Login’ menu, and you will be redirected to the Commission’s One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) page.
Step 3: Click on the One Time Profile Registration (OTPR).
Step 4: After you click on the OTPR, a new page will open. In the ‘Direct Recruitment’ section, click on ‘New Registration’.
Step 5: Enter all the required details on the new page carefully and upload scanned copies of your documents to register yourself with the Commission.
Step 6: Preview your entered details properly and submit the details.
Step 7: An ‘OTPR Reference ID’ will be generated. Note it down for future purposes.
Step 8: Now login with the reference ID and password and click on ‘Online Application Submission’ after you have logged in.
Step 9: Select the APPSC Group 1 examination notification 2022 you want to appear for and complete the payment process.
Step 10: Once you have completed the fee payment for your preferred exam, you can print the application fee. Download it and get a printout for future requirements.

As mentioned before, one will need to pay the application fee as required before the end of the APPSC Group 1 application process to ensure that their application form is not rejected. You can find how much you will need to pay to the Commission upon submitting the APPSC Group 1 application form in the table below.
The candidates are expected to pay an application processing fee of Rs. 250 and an examination fee of Rs. 120. Detailed category-wise application fee has been updated in the table below.

The applicants belonging to categories 1, 2, 3 (except Physically Handicapped Persons & Ex-Service Men) and are from other states have to pay both the fees and cannot claim any kind of reservation. Candidates hailing from other states will have to pay the Application fee of Rs. 250 and the Examination fee of Rs. 120 as well, else they will not be taken into consideration by the Commission.
since the detailed notification is yet to come this is the expected Selection Process for APPSC Group 1. The APPSC Group 1 selection process for all the posts, will be the same. One has to secure a position in the merit list of each stage to be called for the next. You can find the description of these stages below.
The first stage of the APPSC Group 1 selection process is a written test held to screen the candidates for the next stage. This objective-type based question paper includes topics such as general awareness and mental ability. This exam is for 140 marks.
The Commission is soon going to conduct the main exam for various posts. The main exam is also a written exam with 5 papers. Each paper is designed to test the ability and knowledge of the candidates. This exam is for 750 marks.
The oral exam that is held in the form of an interview is the final stage of the APPSC Group 1 selection process. The final selection is made based on the candidates' performance in the main exam and the interview. This oral test is for 75 marks.
The candidates will have to submit the following certificates and documents to the Commission for reviewing and verification. The step of document verification is conducted after the completion of the APPSC Group 1 selection process. The posting will be carried out after the documents are verified.
The applicants must possess knowledge of the APPSC Group 1 eligibility criteria before they apply for the posts. One must satisfy all the eligibility requirements for the APPSC Group 1 Recruitment 2022 to ensure that their form is not directly rejected. All APPSC Group 1 candidates must be citizens of India to be eligible for the APPSC Group 1 recruitment 2022. They should have valid ID proofs to prove their nationality.
The Commission has set certain physical requirements for the APPSC Group 1 candidates, such as height, weight, chest measurements, etc. There are vision standards also that are prescribed by APPSC for candidates appearing for the posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Civil), Divisional Fire Officer. The Commission does not detail the syllabus for the interview. Though, one can expect questions relating to current affairs, the state of Andhra Pradesh, and basic mental ability.
