The educational qualification for the respective posts are as follows:
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government.
4-year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.
OR
A graduate degree in any discipline AND Post Graduate Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Tele Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications.
OR
A Graduate degree in any discipline AND having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level.

The BOI will conduct personal interviews with all the selected candidates. The details for the same have been shared below.
Group Discussion will be conducted for the candidates selected through the online test at some selected centers. The total marks allotted for Group Discussion will be 40. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.
Final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the Online Examination, Personal Interview, and Group discussion. The final list will be prepared in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN. In case of equal marks obtained by two or more candidates while preparing the final merit list, the order of a such group of candidates will be on the basis of marks obtained in the Online examination i.e. candidate securing higher marks in the Online exam will be placed higher in the merit list.
If Page 9 of 30 the marks obtained in the online exam are also equal the merit order will be on the basis of Date of Birth i.e. Candidate senior by age will be placed higher in the merit List. The final selection of candidates will be subject to the candidate being found fit medically to the satisfaction of the Bank.
