• The Bihar Teacher 2nd Phase registration process took place from 5th to 17th November 2023.
• The Bihar Teacher online application form must be submitted online between10th to 25th of November 2023. However, candidates applying for classes 1-5 teaching posts can apply from 16th November 2023 onwards. 
• Candidates with a valid CTET/BTET or STET Certificate are eligible to apply for the Bihar Teacher vacancy 2023. 
• There will be no Interview round for Bilhar Sikhsak Bharti.

23rd November 2023: Bihar Teacher Exam Dates 2023 Out for BPSC TRE 2.0!

The Education Department of Bihar, on behalf of the Bihar Public Service Commission has announced the BPSC Teacher Exam Date 2023 through an official notice. The Bihar Teacher 2nd phase exam date 2023 for the written test is scheduled on 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 14th, 15th, and 16th December 2023 in single afternoon shift each day i.e., from 12 pm to 2:30 pm. 15th November 2023: Bihar Teacher Application Notice Out for Primary Teachers!

The Bihar Public Service Commission has released the BPSC TRE 2.0 registration process along with application fee payment for Primary Teaching posts (classes 1-5). Candidates can register, apply as well as pay application fees from 16th November to 25th November 2023. Candidates must have passed CTET Paper 1 or BTET Paper 1 to apply. 14th November 2023: Bihar Teacher Application Fee Payment Notice Revised!

The Bihar Public Service Commission has revised the Bihar Teacher 2.0 registration process with late fee payment. Now, the BPSC Teacher application process with late fees is relaxed. However, the last date for registration and fee payment remains same i.e, 17th November 2023. Also, candidates applying for Upper Primary, Secondary, and Senior Secondary post will be able to apply till 25th November 2023 as mentioned on the official advertisement. However, the BPSC 2.0 application, fee payment, and registration process for Primary Teachers (class 1-5) will now remain active from 16th November to 25th November 2023.

13th November 2023: Bihar Teacher educational criteria revised!

The Bihar upper primary teacher educational criteria have been revised, candidates with  Graduation with a two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or Graduation/Post Graduation with 50% marks and B.Ed or equivalent qualifications as per recognized education standards can apply. Further, subject-specific qualifications may apply, such as language proficiency or specific coursework for mathematics and science teachers.

9th November 2023: Bihar Teacher Age Limit Revised!

BPSC has released an official notice regarding the revision of upper age limit in Bihar Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2023. All candidates applying for Bihar Upper Primary Teacher (class 6 to 8) posts are given an age relaxation of 10 years who have passed the eligibility test before 10th April 2023. Now, candidates up to 47 years of upper age limit are eligible to apply as on 01.08.2023.
