• Given the dynamic nature of the UPSC Mains syllabus and the Governance section, it is advised to read newspapers (The Hindu/The Indian Express) on a daily basis.
• Focus on Second ARC recommendations for topics such as Good Governance, e-governance, transparency and accountability, and so on.
