The recruited candidates will be placed in the Development and Panchayat Department, Haryana. • To be eligible for HPSC Sub Divisional Engineer 2023, the candidate must have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. The candidates must also have Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matric Standard or in Higher Secondary.

The Haryana Public Service Commission has officially released the HPSC Sub Divisional Engineer Admit Card 2023 notice for the Subject Knowledge Test round scheduled on 5th November 2023 from 10 AM to 1 PM against Advt No. 29/2022. Candidates will be able to download their HPSC SDE Subject Knowledge Test Admit Card 2023 from 29th October 2023 onwards on the official portal.

If the applications are fewer in number, then the HPSC SDE selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of the interview but if the applications are large then the commission will follow either of the following mentioned methods:

• Percentage of marks in the Degree which is essential qualification
• Percentage of marks in different educational qualifications, with weightage as decided by the Commission.
