A total of 50 Vacancies have been announced by the University. Eligible Candidates can apply from 1st December 2023 to 21st December 2023. Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), the world’s largest University, was established by an Act of Parliament in 1985. To advance and disseminate learning and knowledge by a diversity of means, including the use of information and communication technology, to encourage the Open University and Distance Education Systems in the educational pattern of the country and to coordinate and determine standards in such system. 

• The age of candidates must be between 18 - 27 years to apply for the recruitment.
• Selection of the candidates is based on their performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill Test.
• The salary of the candidates who will be selected is around INR 19900- 63200.

IGNOU Junior Assistant Cum Typist Answer Key (Provisional) has been released. Candidates can challenge the answer key responses from 12 August 2023 to 14 August 2023 (up to 05:00 P.M.). The final answer key will be released after verifying the challenges made by the candidates. The candidates, who are not satisfied with the answer key, may challenge the same by paying a fee of ₹ 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) per question challenged as a non-refundable processing fee.
