SSC CPO Exam Pattern 2023

Candidates appearing for the SSC CPO Recruitment 2020 will have to pass Paper I, Physical Standard Test (PST)/ Physical Endurance Test (PET), Paper II and a Detailed Medical Test to qualify. Both papers will have a negative marking of 0.25 for every wrong answer. The detailed exam pattern for all the stages is given below:

Physical Endurance Test For Male Candidates

• Running 1.6 km race in 6.5 min
• Running 100 meters race in 16 sec
• High Jump of 1.2 meters in around 3 chances
• Long Jump: 3.65 metres in 3 chances
• Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 meters in three chances

Physical Endurance Test For Female Candidates

• Running 100 metres race in 18 seconds
• Running 800 metres in 4 minutes
• High Jump: 2.7 metre in three chances
• Long Jump: 0.9 metre in three chances
