Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

• Referrer: A person who invites his friend to Testbook.com using his/her referral code or link
• Referred Friend: A person who has been invited to Testbook.com by referrer and had used Referrer’s referral code or link while signing up on Testbook.com
• Successful Signup: Successful Signup: A signup is considered successful when a Referred Friend signups on Testbook App and verifies his/her phone Number.
• Successful Referral: A referral is considered successful when a Referred Friend purchases a Testbook Pass or Course

Terms and Conditions:

• Participants get cashback on successful purchases made using his/her referral code. The amount of cashback that shall be credited will be defined at the start of contests which keep changing time to time. The participants are requested to check Contest T&C below frequently to stay updated about the contests running.
• This referral program is only applicable if a friend is a new user for Testbook.com and has never made a purchase at Testbook.com before.
• For Referred Friends, they need to sign up on Testbook App using Referrer’s referral link or redeem code in “Referral” section accessible through the menu drawer before making any purchase at Testbook.com to avail discount.
• If an invited friend makes a purchase without the referral code, you will not be entitled for Paytm cashback reward. They will not be considered as Referred Friends.
• Referrer and Referred Friend(s) who are eligible for Paytm cashback must have a Paytm account with the same phone number registered and verified on Testbook.com. In case they do not have a Paytm account linked to the same mobile number, Testbook will not be able to give them Paytm cashback.
• Testbook Pass or Course should be purchased online only.
• Paytm cashback will be credited to Referrer’s Paytm wallet directly only after 48 hours of successful purchase of Pass or Course by Referred Friend(s).
• Referred Friends will get Paytm cashback reward only if they have made a purchase post 4th June 2020.
• No refunds will be made to Referred Friends after purchase of Pass or Course.
• Testbook.com has complete authority to change the reward amount at any point of time. Successful Referral after such change(s) will receive the Paytm cashback as per latest reward amount.
• As with any exam and contest, cheaters and entries which are not genuine will be disqualified and will not be eligible for any prizes. Testbook’s decision in this regard will be final and binding.
• Testbook.com has complete authority to close this referral program at any point of time and will not be responsible for providing Paytm cashback in that scenario.

Contest T&C

• The Contest shall run from 12:00 AM, 01 Dec, 2023 – 11:59 PM, 31 Dec, 2023 = ('the Contest Period')
• On every purchase made using your Referral code, you Earn 20% instant Paytm Cashback for Testbook Pass Pro, 15% on Testbook Pass, 10% on SuperCoaching, 10% on SkillAcademy & 5% on Book referral. Your friend will get 10% OFF on Testbook Pass Pro, 10% OFF on Testbook Pass, 10% OFF on SuperCoaching, 10% OFF on SkillAcademy & 5% OFF on Book.
• Referral purchases of Testbook Pass, SuperCoaching or Skill Academy courses will be considered in the contest for claiming Extra PayTM Cashback of upto ₹10000. However you can get instant cashback on any referral purchases. Participants eligible for rewards will be awarded within 15 days after the contest ends
• The maximum amount of extra incentive cash that an individual can win in a month is ₹10000
• Users involves in fraudualent activities will be blacklisted.
• This contest is not open for employees and relatives of Testbook.com, their distributors, franchisees, agents and agency managing backend operations.
