SIDBI Assistant Manager Selection Process 2023

The candidates will undergo 2 stages of the selection process - 

• Group discussion
• Interview

Group discussion

The maximum marks for Group Discussion and Interview shall be 100 each. The
minimum qualifying marks will be as decided by the Bank. Further, the marks in
Interview  only those candidates who obtain the minimum qualifying marks in Group
Discussion would be considered for merit.

Interview

Final Selection will be drawn on the basis of combined marks secured by the candidate in Group Discussion and Interview.

Note: the bank could conduct an online written examination depending upon
applications.
