The age of the applicants must not exceed 42 years. The lower age limit for UKPSC JE posts under various departments is as mentioned below.

D. Nationality

The candidate must satisfy either of the one nationality criteria:

• The candidate must be an Indian national.
• He/she must be a Tibetan refugee who migrated for permanent settlement in India before 1st January 1962
• He/she must be a person of Indian origin from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania who settled with permanent settlement intentions in India.
